| The face you make when you want to say, "I thought me and my girlfriend were taking a picture by ourselves." LOL |
Thanks for visiting my site JaydenTazz.com. I am Jayden and I am 6 years old. My mommy created this blog to show the world how beautiful adoption is. We hope that through our journey, you will somehow find it in your heart to adopt a child of your own!

I Met The Stars of the Bobbi Kristina Movie on TV One
As I told you on a previous post, my mommy and tee tee interview celebrities. They have a show called Studio Q (visit Quencie.com). Mommy is the Producer and Tee Tee is the host. They took me along with them to interview the stars of the 'Bobbi Kristina' movie that aired on TV One. I got a chance to meet Joy Rovaris and Nadji Jeter. They played Bobbi Kristina and Nick Gordan. They were really cool.
Check out the pics of my Tee Tee with Joy and Nadji.

I Love Taking My Barney Dog With Me...
Last year, I got this really cool talking dog called Barney. He walks around, wiggles his tail and makes me happy. I guess he will have to do until I get a real dog (hint hint, Mommy).

I Think Universal Studios Is My Favorite Place
Mommy has a season pass, excuse me, I mean a Platinum pass to Universal Studios. If you go as much as we do, trust me, getting the platinum pass will pay off. You don't have to pay the $25 to park. Plus, you get to go in front of the line for each attraction and you get a discount of food and merchandise. This sounds like an ad, huh? LOL! Well, we go a lot! And, each time we go, it's a new and fun experience for me. My favorite rides are King Kong and Jurassic Park. I love when I get to meet some of the characters like Spongebob, Gru, Minions, Shrek, Frankenstein and more. I believe I have met everyone...over and over again :).
Check out some of the cool pics that I took during my visits.

The Day I Got My Own Dog!
I always tell mommy that I don't have any friends. I just really want someone to play with. Sure...mommy and tee tee play with me, but they aren't kids like me. I don't really know the neighborhood kids, and I only see my school friends at school. My cousins live in Memphis, while I live in Los Angeles, so it can be lonely sometimes being an only child. My mommy has no immediate plans to have or adopt another child (Mommy sidebar: No, I don't. He is right about that...lol). So, she thought of the next best thing...a dog!!
Mommy drove all the way to a shelter in Hesperia, CA (that's 2 hours away) to go look at a dog who she thought would be perfect. I didn't know where we were going, so it was a surprise to me. Now, mommy said she grew up being afraid of dogs - thanks to grandma who is afraid of any and all animals. But, in her adult life, mommy started forming a likeness for dogs (small, cute little dogs, that is). When we got to the shelter, the dog was sooo cute. Two things that my mommy loved about the dog was that it didn't really bark and it wasn't frisky. Mommy could not deal with a frisky dog - that would make her afraid. This dog was white and was a poodle mix. We affectionately named him Tazz (my middle name). At the time, my mommy wasn't sure if she was actually going to get the dog. She actually just went to look at the dog to see how we would interact with it. But, Tazz was perfect! And he came home with us instantly.
The ride was very interesting. I held Tazz on my lap on the 2 hour journey back home. He was shaking a little, but that was probably because he was scared. When we got back to LA, mommy went to the pet store and bought a doggy bed, doggy pads, doggy bowls, food, shampoo, toys, clothes...everything that a dog would need. We were all so excited. What was so funny is that Tazz would follow mommy around everywhere. If she stood up, Tazz would stand up. If mommy walked anywhere, Tazz was right on her heels...literally. Is that normal? Mommy let me walk the dog, but Tazz ended up peeing on mommy's rug in her room. She was not happy about that at all.
It was finally time to go to bed. I asked mommy could we all sleep in the living and she said yes. So, Tazz had his bed and Mommy and I slept on the couch. During the night, Tazz got out of his bed and jumped up on mommy as she slept. Needless to say, that scared mommy to the point of screaming. Her screaming woke me up and I screamed too! I think those childhood fears of dogs came rushing back into mommy's system. At that moment, mommy started feeling like she couldn't handle it. She didn't want to be afraid of her own dog - even if it was just a little bit. So, here is where the bad news comes in...mommy decided to give the dog back. She didn't want to, but she didn't know how to overcome her fear of dogs jumping on her. That's the reason she didn't want a frisky dog. I was sad, but mommy was sad too, and she felt so bad that she couldn't hang in there. I'm still sad to this day and I would love another dog. Boy, do I miss Tazz. That was the best 24 hours of my life! Hopefully mommy will reconsider when I get a little older.

We Are a Family..Like A Giant Tree!
One thing I can say is that I really love my family. I live in Los Angeles, but all of my family is back in Memphis. I visit them in Memphis every Christmas and during the summer. And they visit me in the summer too! But, I wish that I could see them more. I tell my mommy that I miss my cousins and grandma ALL THE TIME!!!
Below are pictures of me hanging out with my mommy, grandma and my cousins Snooty and Cameron.

My tee tee is the host/interviewer and my mommy is the producer/videographer. They make a great team. They interview celebrities on the red carpet and even in their homes. Well, today they let me go with them and I met some really cool stars!

First Day of Kindergarten
Mommy has been kind of forgetful about my blog, but she promised that she'd do better..lol! So, it's time to make up for lost time. Here I am on my first day of kindergarten. The school wants you to wear uniforms, but mommy is a rebel and she will not follow the rules. Luckily, today she did. So, check me out. I was so good after school that mommy bought me two toy dinosaurs!

Hello everyone! It's been a while since mommy has posted a blog post, so Happy New Year! I'll try to get mommy to post more often ;) I'm on my way to school, but I love posing for pictures...especially when I rock my bow tie! Mommy says I look so handsome. What do you think?

It Is Fresh Friday!!
Today, I'm rocking my blue checkered button-down and sweater vest. It's raining outside and a little nippy, so I should stay nice and warm. I have my fish, Nemo, in my hand that mommy bought me yesterday. It really pays to be good in school because I love getting treats. I hope everyone has a great day ✌🏾️

Cookie Monster and a Tie!
Sometimes you just want to wear a tie to school and hold Cookie Monster! And nothing is wrong with that...lol! I like wearing ties. I wish I could wear them everyday. Mommy lets me choose one toy that rides to school with me, and I chose Cookie Monster. I think blue looks good on us 😊
